The pictures from this editorial spread inspired my entire "vision" for the wedding....Josh Schwartz and Jill Stonerock (picture from In Style Weddings).  I love the lace of her dress and that it has shoulder detailing (which I came close to in my gown).  I love the long and flowy nature of her BMs' dresses.  And I like how it was elegant, yet a little casual and unrefined, almost rustic. 

I will still look for a mossy-green MOH dress, but it will be accented by rusts, scarlets and butters in keeping with my Colorado fall theme.  We'll use leaves and branches in centerpieces and it will be fairly light on florals. 

The menu will mimic the fall aspect and be more like comfort food, yet interesting.  Right now I'm thinking of a hearty soup (butternut squash or a creamy baked potato), pork chops with poached apples, almond risotto, and steamed asparagus and artichokes.  The only dessert will be the cake....and Kevin's in charge of that!

Most of all....we want a JOYFUL, VIBRANT, FUN day!  It will be sentimental but also one helluva party!!!
